SHIPPING
NOTICE: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SUPPORT SHIPPING, THE FOLLOWING TERMS ARE FOR FUTURE REFERENCES ONLY
We only ship domestically. Standard shipping within the U.S. for orders over $75.00 is free.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7 - 12 business days for delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.
Buyer is Importer of Record
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes DeSpare to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees DeSpare may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from DeSpare. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us at kiliandeprada@gmail.com we would be happy to issue partial store credit.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our refund policy at any time without notification.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall DeSpare be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising from or in connection with your use or inability to use this website. You agree that we will be under no liability to you in respect of any loss, damage, injury, expense or cost (including indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred by you or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of goods or services supplied over this website.
